MODEL #1000
The model #1000 is the model that has been so popular over the years. Six permanent drill hole sizes: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", & 1/2". Self-centering action - round or square stock. Popular with vocational schools and wood-shop classes because of its ease of use and durability. No loose parts to get lost. This tool will give many years of trouble-free use with just some basic care.

MODEL #1500
The Model #1500 jig is the answer to boring larger holes accurately and is identical in design to our other models. It will accommodate three large hole sizes of: 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4", along with the smaller hole sizes of: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8". That makes a total of eight holes you can make with this jig. The smaller holes use screw-in bushings, included, and the larger holes are permanently bored into the guide center. The guide center and bushings are solid steel, precision hardened for long life. The patented automatic self-centering action assures accurate center drilling every time, even on round objects. Large steel clamping screw tightens the tool like a vise with the rugged aluminum sides holding the work securely without damage to the wood.

MODEL #2000
Model #2000 is similar to model #1000, but comes with six removable screw-in bushings for extra hole pattern. Bushing sizes are: 1/4", 5/16", & 3/8" (two of each size). This will permit the user to drill two identical holes parallel to one another for double dowel applications. This is on a 3/4" center to center space. The jig does not have to be moved to do this and is more accurate and convenient than other types of jigs. The bushings and center are precision hardened drill steel and plated for rust protection. The 7/16" & 1/2" holes are permanently drilled in the center guide.

MODEL #2500
Model #2500 is an adaptation of our model #2000 except that all 4 holes are tapped to take replaceable drill bushings. Now you can drill a multiple combination of holes using various hole sizes. The jig does not have to be moved and is, therefore, more accurate. Drill hole sizes are 1/4", 5/16", & 3/8". Six bushings are supplied (two of each size). The bushings and center are precision hardened drill steel and plated for rust protection.
